Anthony and Karen Dowie from Hertfordshire, UK have been enjoying European driving holidays and Club events in their 1992 TVR Griffith since 2004. Anthony is also passionate about performance upgrades and driving at track days.

This brings us to the engine which has been built using the following Wildcat Engineering components (and other components individually named):

1979 BL Motorsport Pierburg mechanical fuel injection system re-engineered to electronic fuel injection with 46mm throttle bodies. All porting work carried out by Anthony

ACR Wildcat Head with 49.28mm & 40.64mm (1.94″ & 1.60″) valves and stud mounted Small Block Chevy adjustable roller rockers

96mm Diamond forged pistons & Total seal rings, Wildcat 6″ H-beam conrods, 90mm cross-drilled crankshafts



Erson hydraulic roller camshaft and lifters

Top hat liner Factory Motorsport cross-bolted engine block converted to 2.5″ crankshaft journal size (From 2.3″ small journal). Given the increased crank throw, Anthony clearanced the block. He also polished the valley and crankcase area
